  1. The games on this CDROM disk are ShareWare, and require
  2. payment to the owner of the ShareWare if found usefull.

  4. What is ShareWare?

  6. ShareWare is a rather new marketing method which allows you to
  7. test the ShareWare before you decide to buy it.
  8. Normally, you have a free 30 day test period. If you decide to
  9. keep on using the ShareWare you are requested to register with
  10. the owner of the ShareWare. Use of the ShareWare, after the
  11. test period without registration is illegal !
  12. Once you are registered you will often get the following free
  13. of charge :

  16. -Printed manuals
  17. -Information about new versions/upgrade of the software
  18. -Bonus programs

  20. and most of all your contribution will enable programmers to
  21. deliver new and exciting products in the future.

  23. The fee you paid for this CDROM only covers distribution and
  24. duplication costs.

  36. accompanying text in the installation program.

  38. In case any VBRUNxxx.DLL is needed, we have placed VBRUN100.DLL,
  39. VBRUN200.DLL AND VBRUN300.DLL in the directory "VBRUN".

  44. otherwise stipulated below. Your use is at your own risk. We
  45. are not liable for any damages of any kind due to an error in
  46. the programs or on the disk. Nor are we liable for loss of
  47. profit, savings etc. and for any error, damage or problem which
  48. the ShareWare on the disk may cause to your hardware and other
  49. software. Furthermore, we are not liable for any error, problem
  50. or damage due to wrong use.

  53. disk as ShareWare, we cannot be held responsible for items
  54. being represented wrongly, as not being ShareWare.
